Cheddar

Our Cheddar is made in the traditional way that incorporates the “cheddaring process”. This process includes a unique method of stacking the “loaves” of curd to squeeze out additional whey. This creates a firmer cheese which ages well, giving it a richer flavor.

Flavored Cheddar

We incorporate herbs and spice mixes to our cheddar to make a variety of hard cheeses with a different twist. Some of our customer favorites are garlic parsley or tomato basil cheddar. These flavors taste great on a cracker for a delicious snack or added to your breakfast egg omelet.

Cheese Curds

Cheese curds are made directly from cheddar curd and are prepared and sold fresh. They are not pressed and aged like most forms of cheese. They enhance a salad, do well as a snack, or can be pan fried for a special treat. We create a variety of spice blends to ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Gouda

Our American style Gouda has a softer texture and a pleasantly mild, creamy flavor. It’s great for snacking or melts wonderfully for a variety of recipes including mac & cheese.

Mozzarella

Mozzarella is stretched the night before the market so it is as fresh as possible. We usually sell mozzarella at the summer farmers market where it can be paired with fresh tomatoes for a special caprese salad.

Swiss

Our swiss cheese has a bold, nutty flavor that is a wonderful addition to any cheese board and it makes a lovely Quiche Lorraine.
